• DISCOVERY: Understanding your specific needs is the foundation of our remodeling process. We kick off with a comprehensive questionnaire, ensuring that every household member contributes their insights. The questionnaire sparks conversations leading to line drawings that define the layout and functionality during the schematic phase.
• DESIGN: We present a mood board and transform line drawings into 3D renderings for a lifelike visualization to give you a starting point for the selection process. Together, we select the materials, fixtures, and finishes that will create the mood and functionality you desire.
• CONSTRUCTION: Once the layout is confirmed and the materials selected, we move to the construction phase, which ultimately brings your kitchen remodeling dream to life through expert project management and craftsmanship. 

We start with detailed questionnaires for each space of the home and encourage homeowners to explore online home renovation platforms like Houzz to create idea books. Our designers will facilitate a collaborative review and exploration of your choices, ensuring that the final choices align with current design trends and the client's vision.

We guide you through selecting all your materials and fixture options. Unlike many showrooms, our Design Studio is set up to inspire but not overwhelm a homeowner. We have many options, samples, and displays, but most are put away until we are ready to review and discuss them together. Rather than pointing you to a display of a thousand options and asking you to choose, we are there to point out options and answer questions. And, we are not married to what’s in the Design Studio today. We have access to many distributors and brands nationwide to help you find what you’re looking for.

Importantly, we provide an Allowance Sheet that helps you understand how to stay within your budget—and we constantly communicate the importance of choices to keep the project on track.

• Discovery and Design. How long it takes to define the layout, create the schematic drawings, and pinpoint your design tastes mostly depends on you. The more decisive and responsive you are to questions and design options, the faster we’ll finalize a design you’ll love. Whole-home renovations or additions can take 5 to 15 weeks—or more for complex projects—for these phases.
• Lead Time for Materials, Fixtures, and Appliances. Once you make your selections, we will check availability and lead times. Typically, it takes around two months to get everything.
• Project Construction. Timelines vary greatly based on the size and complexity of the design. If the renovation involves an addition, it could be as little as two weeks or as long as two months or more.

Collaboration and transparent communication are built into our design/build process for all whole-home remodels, additions, and extensions. Every member of our team is working toward one goal: a successful project, tailor-made for you. Communication is consistent and clear across the team. Any issue that arises is handled promptly and professionally, and your positive experience is our entire team’s main priority.

In addition to working with our team members, you will have 24/7 access to our project management software, where you can see your project details, production calendar, and daily logs (progress updates) to maintain clear communication. You’ll never have to guess what is happening next, who is coming, or at what time. You’ll stay informed throughout the project with pictures and quick descriptions of what was completed each day and what to expect the next.
