Stunning Main-Level Remodel Designed for Living and Aging in Place

Our client’s vision was to update the main-level aesthetics of their primary residence and incorporate elements in the design that allow for aging in place. The center stage of this project was the exquisite kitchen transformation. The kitchen area was expanded by removing walls and then given a brightening facelift by installing custom-painted Dura Supreme cabinetry in crisp blue, grey, and white with sleek, modern Emtek hardware in matte black and polished chrome. 

Beautiful Lugarno Gloss Royal Garden tile adorns the kitchen and dining built-in backsplashes, with the real showpiece and unifying element of this kitchen transformation being the captivating Cambria Polished Portrush Quartz counters and continuous backsplash above the range.

The powder room to full bathroom overhaul included the addition of a modern custom frameless shower door, chrome grab bars artfully disguised in the Mercado Night Sky Glass mosaic shower wall, and an updated vanity and lighting. Continuity in the main level remodel is achieved through the vanity color and hardware, which house a Kohler sink and Delta chrome faucets in the same Cambria Polished Portrush Quartz as the kitchen.

The final flourishes in this gorgeous main level transformation are updated Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring by Provenza Moda Living in Buttercup throughout, crown molding throughout, and freshly painted walls with Benjamin Moore paint, including dramatic accent walls in a custom dark blue created in collaboration with Benjamin Moore.
