House to Home Solutions, LLC, is an award-winning design/build renovation firm for discerning homeowners in Maryland and Northern Virginia.
We specialize in luxury home renovations, taking a proven, end-to-end partnership approach to designing and delivering unique whole-house renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, and other living spaces that reflect each client's personality and lifestyle.
About the role:
We are widely known among our clients for exceptional customer service. You will embody these values and feel at home in our company's positive, client service-oriented culture.
You will develop our small but growing high-end Design/Build/Remodel firm. You will bridge design, estimating, and production. This is a growth focused role with a clear path to Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Work with our Sales/Design/Project Management Team to get projects from sales, through design, and onto production
- Work with Word, Excel, CRM Software, and Estimating Software systems
- Create scopes of work
- Conduct material take-offs adnn project plans
- Source materials and get bids and quotes
- Source quotes from our sub-contractors for labor
- Place orders, double check orders, and check in materials when recieved
- Create project binders for hand-off to production
- Support designers with estimating and product sourcing
- Support project managers with procurement and scheduling deliveries
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of residential construction experience
- Strong understanding of scopes (kitchen, bathrooms, additions, etc.)
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook software suites
- Experience with JobTread a plus but any CRM experience is helpful
- Proficient with spreadsheets and detail oriented
- Tech savvy and willing to learn new software and apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of estimating software a plus
- Sales experience a plus
- Account management and customer service experience

- Discipline to work on a schedule and meet deadlines
