CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR – JOB POSTING

At House to Home Solutions, we don’t just renovate homes—we transform lives. We’re seeking a
Client Experience Coordinator to serve as the welcoming voice and face of our company, guiding
prospective clients through the first steps of their remodeling journey. This role is perfect for
someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and contributing to a team that’s
redefining luxury living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and email
- Qualify leads and schedule in-person consultations with our design team
- Make proactive calls to prospect lists and past clients
- Attend networking events and represent the brand at industry functions
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with referral sources
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to business development efforts
- Ensure client communications are timely, polished, and brand-aligned
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
What We're Looking For:
- A likeable, confident communicator with a polished phone presence
- Quick thinker with natural sales instincts (sales experience is a plus, but not required)
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- At ease with networking, public speaking, and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proud of your appearance and work ethic
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems and tools
- Graphic design or marketing experience is a plus
- Experience in luxury residential remodeling is a plus, but not required
Minimum Requirements:
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, clean transportation
- Comfortable with basic business technology and communication platforms
